Chikmagalur is a hill-station in Karnataka and well known for its rich coffee plantations. An aroma of coffee lingers in the air here. Travelling to this place is easy and drive is hassle-free. It is 245 km from Bangalore and the route has almost 200km of highway which helps in reaching the destination in 4 hrs. The scenic spots are quite far off from each other so you have to spend 2-3 days if you intend on covering most of them. We spend a day and half and tried to cover as much as possible.
